Employment Information: Employer details, job title, and years of professional experience where relevant to our services.We have not collected biometric data, sensory data, or educational records from any consumer in the past twelve (12) months.

We gather information in three main ways: directly from you through forms, account applications, and communications; passively through your interactions with our website; and from trusted third parties such as custodians, broker-dealers, accountants, and attorneys involved in servicing your account.

We use the personal information we collect to open and manage your account, deliver the services you have requested, communicate with you about your investments and our firm, process transactions, maintain the security of our systems, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and improve the overall quality of our services.We will not use your personal information for purposes that are materially different from those described here without first notifying you.

a. Sharing at Your Direction
When you instruct us to work with third parties in connection with your account — such as other advisors, attorneys, or financial institutions — we may share relevant personal information with those parties to fulfill your request. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
b. Sharing for Business Purposes
We may share certain categories of personal information with service providers, legal and financial professionals, regulatory authorities, fraud prevention services, and law enforcement where required or permitted by law. a. Right to Know

We will respond within forty-five (45) days. If additional time is needed, we will notify you in writing.You may submit up to two requests per twelve-month period. Requests must include enough detail for us to verify your identity and understand what you are asking.
d. Sale Opt-Out
As noted above, we do not sell personal information. Should that ever change, we will notify you and provide a clear opportunity to opt out before any such sharing takes place.
e. Non-Discrimination
Exercising your privacy rights will never result in you receiving a lower quality of service, being charged higher fees, or being treated differently in any way.
5. When We Act as a Service Provider
in some cases, Craft Wealth Services provides services on behalf of a third-party firm. In those situations, we process personal information under that firm's direction and solely for the purposes outlined in our agreement with them. We do not use that information for our own commercial purposes. If you have questions about data we process in this capacity, we will direct you to the appropriate party.
6. How We Protect Your Information
We maintain physical, administrative, and technical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. All employees and service providers who handle personal data are required to maintain its confidentiality and comply with our internal privacy standards.
